1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using roqy.io (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
roqy.io provides managed DevOps services, including infrastructure setup, CI/CD pipeline management, cloud cost optimization (FinOps), monitoring, security compliance, and platform engineering for startups and growing teams. Services are delivered remotely on a month-to-month subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Scope of Work
The specific scope of work, deliverables, and pricing are defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work executed between roqy.io and the client. These Terms of Service govern the general relationship; the service agreement governs the specific engagement. In case of conflict, the service agreement takes precedence.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing access to the systems, repositories, and environments required to deliver the services, and for ensuring their team cooperates with roqy.io engineers during the engagement. The client retains full ownership of their source code, data, infrastructure accounts, and all assets.
5. Confidentiality
roqy.io treats all client systems, credentials, data, and business information as confidential and does not share them with third parties, except where required by law or where necessary to deliver the services (for example, cloud provider support). Credentials are stored securely and rotated as needed.
6. Limitation of Liability
roqy.io and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the services or the website, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for services in the three months preceding the claim. Services are provided “as is” and results are not guaranteed, including specific uptime, cost savings, or performance outcomes.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a month-to-month engagement with written notice, per the notice period in the service agreement. Upon termination, roqy.io will hand over all client-owned assets, documentation, and access within a reasonable period.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
