What does roqy actually sell?
An expert shell around AI. AI now writes pipelines, Terraform and runbooks. What teams lack is a senior expert who decides what AI should do, reviews its output, and owns the result. You buy a fraction of that expert, with the whole platform behind him.
We already use AI coding agents. Why do we need roqy?
Because unreviewed AI output is now in your production infrastructure. Direction and verification is the missing layer: which problems to attack, whether the generated change is safe, and who carries the pager when it is not. We run the agents with you and sign off every change.

How does pricing work?
Expert hours, published rate: minimum $199 per hour. Every hour includes the roqy shell: AI agents executing under our platform, and a senior expert directing and verifying the work. Bigger ongoing wraps (weekly hours, 24/7 on-call, platform ownership) are scoped and rate-agreed after the free diagnostic. No lock-in.
Do you provide on-call?
In the Full Platform Ownership plan, yes: 24/7 on-call and incident response on your stack. In the AI DevOps Wrap plan you keep on-call analysts and we review their alerts and processes.
Which clouds and platforms do you support?
Any of them: AWS, Azure, GCP, bare metal, mixed. We are not certified to any one hyperscaler, so the recommendation never drifts toward resellers. It is your stack, not ours.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Usually not, at your size. A managed container platform or plain VMs with solid CI is often cheaper and safer. Read when-to-use-kubernetes for the full reasoning, and the diagnostic will tell you where you stand.
What happens in the free diagnostic?
One 1-hour call. We walk CI/CD, environments, secrets, monitoring, backups and cloud costs together, and you receive a written report you can act on without us. That includes what to fix first and what to leave alone.
